Training

Please see below for more information on our training programs. We typically offer a Couch to 5k (Beginner’s 5K Training) Program and a Half Marathon/Full Marathon training each spring and fall.

Couch to 5k Training Program

The Belleville Running Club holds Couch to 5K training sessions each spring and fall to train beginner runners to run a 5 kilometer race (3.1 miles) in 9 weeks. The program begins with a mixture of walking and running and works its way up to a 5k. More…

Adopt a Trail

Don’t forget to pick up any litter you see along the trail and keep an eye out for anything that needs to be taken care of (potholes, lights out, etc). Send an e-mail to Us and we’ll forward the info to Parks and Recreation.
